Approximate Investment
The QSR format has an Approximate Investment of ₹10–12 Lakh. The Café format has an Approximate Investment of ₹15–20 Lakh. The University format has an Approximate Investment of ₹10–12 Lakh. These figures include the franchise fee.
What can change the final investment
Final investment may vary depending on outlet size, site condition, civil work, equipment requirement, city, rent/security deposit, local approvals and final project scope. Do not assume a specific cost is included unless it is confirmed in the agreed commercial terms.
Support is subject to agreed scope
All three formats include the setup, brand, staff, opening, five months marketing and operational support described on their format pages. Store planning, equipment coordination and other responsibilities vary by format and the final agreement. “A-to-Z support” does not mean an unlimited commitment or that every project cost is included.
No guaranteed financial performance
The website does not guarantee revenue, profit, return on investment, payback period, customer footfall or business success. Each potential franchisee should independently assess the location, costs, funding, operating requirements and risks.
Location and campus approval
A proposed location must be evaluated. Campus projects also depend on suitable space and the required institutional permissions. A photograph of an existing outlet does not guarantee approval of another site or the availability of a particular territory.
Enquiries and agreements
An enquiry is the start of a conversation. It does not create a franchise agreement, secure exclusivity or reserve a location. Final investment, responsibilities, support terms and the opening plan must be set out in the relevant written agreement.
Outlet evidence
Outlet photographs and names are drawn from supplied Periodt Burger materials. They provide context for the brand’s physical presence. Current operating status and business details require verification.
